Avenue Right Client Portal
The Avenue Right Client Portal is the reporting tool that Avenue Right, Inc., a marketing and advertising agency in Fargo, North Dakota, provides to its clients. It brings a client's advertising results, monthly reports and website visibility into one secure place, so the business and its account team see the same verified numbers.
Access is by invitation only. Accounts are created by Avenue Right for its staff and for its clients; there is no public sign-up.
What the portal does
- Dashboard: spend, how often ads were seen, clicks, calls and leads for the client's Avenue Right campaigns.
- Monthly reports: reports approved by the account team, shared as a secure link and a PDF.
- Search & AI visibility: how the client's website appears in Google Search, which towns its website visitors come from, and, if the client opts in, whether AI assistants mention the business.
How the portal uses Google data
With the website owner's permission, an Avenue Right staff member connects the client's Google account to the portal. The portal requests read-only access to two Google services, and uses it only to build that client's reports:
- Google Search Console (
webmasters.readonly): search queries, clicks, impressions and average position for the client's website. - Google Analytics (
analytics.readonly): website visits and the towns and regions they come from.
The portal never changes anything in a Google account, never sells Google data, never uses it for advertising, and never uses it to train AI models. Results are reviewed by Avenue Right staff and shown only to that client's own users and its Avenue Right account team. Access can be removed at any time from the Google account's security settings or by asking Avenue Right to disconnect it. Full details are in our privacy policy.
